First of all, the founder of no guilt mom, Joanne Crone. Hello, hello. I'm so happy to be here. And Joanne's partner in crime, Bri Tucker. Oh, I hello, hello, everybody. How are you?

1:09.9

Oh, my God. We did it. We're recording. I know. 20 minutes later. And we, like, we have conquered zoo. I do need a drink after that. Yeah, we need a stiff drink. And Bri can't even drink stiff drink now because she's on the whole 30.

2:32.7

I'm going to get right into it. Bike riding has been breaking me. Bike riding. Do your kids know how to ride bikes?

2:41.7

They do. My husband did it, though. I didn't. It would have broken me. Yeah. Yeah. And what about you, Bri?

2:48.0

They they know how to ride. My ex husband and I did that together when they were young. It was a big deal with us that they learned when they were young.

2:55.5

So we went through all the screaming and yelling about it when they were like five six. Okay. Well, here we are six, nine and 11.
