Hello there and welcome to another gathering of the Run Pod Run Club. I'm Jenny Faulkner. I've always

loved running and meeting so many others who love running too. It made therefore total sense to me to create a podcast where

we all just get together and talk about it. And so Run Pod was born. And today, well, our guest is

someone who really, really loves running. She's also very, very good at it. She's a five-time

Olympian representing Team GBA at Games from 2000 to 2016.

She won the gold medal at the European Championships just 10 months after having her daughter.

I know, do you know, you were one of the first few guests. It was Run Pod only just started.

It was three years ago and we came to visit you at Devon, didn't we?

I know. I felt really lucky having you visit and it was just fun to, you know, share our sort of passion for running.

You know, we both love running, love everything that running means, you know, the boost to

physical, mental health, just all the running community, go into events.

It's just amazing and I just love sharing that passion with people, definitely.

It's so funny, Jo, to think when we last, when I came to see you, there was no thought about lockdown.

There was no mention of the word coronavirus.

Oh my goodness.

So much has changed since then.

Yeah, a lot has changed.
