I keep giving Jim Ersek a lot of credit for being kooky and entertaining as hell.

And you know why?

He's kooky and entertaining as hell.

But every time I shout out Erse, Gera, Gerera Jones does something crazy to pull me right back in. So Ursa and

Jera Jones are locked in a battle right now as to see who can be the zaniest, coquiest, and

most entertaining figure in pro football. And you know what? In a phrase, love to see it.

My favorite thing about Jara is that I can no longer tell if this dude is the biggest troll in the

entire world or if he's just ancient like is he that old and that out of touch and that clueless or is he actually just the opposite

a world-class troll who is getting better at trolling all the time and getting over on all of us.

Case in point, his comments this week about Pass Russia Sam Williams, who was arrested

last weekend on charges of possession of a

controlled substance and unlawful carrying of a weapon and if that weren't

alarming enough it is the second straight off season that this second year player has been arrested.

So that's not good. In fact that's below not good. There are no positives to

take away. There's no way to spin this positively unless of course

your Jera. And if you're Jera, you gather the media around, you pull the mics close and then you let the cameras zoom in on that pale leathery restructured face and you say this.

Well, first of all I'm seeing that he is as which is more often the case than not.

This shine sounds a little hollow but he does and is maturing.
