Hello everybody, welcome back to the Notches Paleo podcast. Today's episode is with Jim Laird. He's located in Lexington, Kentucky, and he is a strength and conditioning coach and has been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years. So he is a massive man who's done many strength competitions and he can also train men and women.

I build hiking and mountain bike trails for people. I inspect trails to make sure trees haven't fallen over them after storms. I remove invasive plants that

And it affects the plants and the animals in the area.

So I remove some of those type of plants.

And that's where a lot of my meditation and topics come from just by being out in nature, listening to the birds.
