Before we get there, I just wanted to give you a quick update from the road.

We finally made it to the East Coast.

Now we're in Florida hanging out with the folks drinking plenty of coffee, maybe a little

bit of moonshine as well, playing some picking on the old banjo tunes and howling old standards

with mom and dad.

Mom please stand up, base dad plays the banjo I play guitar and sing.

So it's it's a grand old time.

And we've got to listen to even learning the mandolin.

But on the way, we got to stop at paleo effects, the biggest paleo conference in the world

that I know of anyway.

And man has that gotten big.

It's been so cool to meet you guys in person.

I had the pleasure, the distinct pleasure of presenting with Rob Wolfe and Mark Sisson

spending some quality time with those guys as well as hosting masterminds on sustainability
