Our guest today is going to help us understand why and how to change industries to get more out of your career.

Jim Frawley is an expert in change management and organizational development and the founder

of the Bellwether Method. Jim is a renowned keynote speaker, the hosts of Jim's Take

the podcast, a big time reader,

small-time triathlete, and full-time father and husband.

Can you give us some highlights of your professional background and what led you to where you are today?

I run an organization called Bellwether.

We are a change management of a firm, executive development.

Background of my career started in radio, didn't pay any money. So I switched. Went over, got my first real job, which was

monitoring telemarketing calls, which was not a fun job. But I traveled around the world,

moved into corporate training. That got me stuck in a couple different places and then transitioned into the financial

industry, did that for about 15 years, didn't really jazz me.

So now I have my own business launched it back to 2015 and I work with executives around

the world.
