| 1:03.4 | not been following along in July of 2024. I took a commercial lease, decided to open a yoga center in my neighborhood. |
| 1:13.9 | And after about a year and a half now, I've decided that I do need to let go of that space. |
| 1:20.0 | And I had some concerns because I was asking the landlords to let me out of the lease early |
| 1:25.5 | and I really wasn't sure how they were going to |
| 1:28.5 | respond. I thought that I had a more personal relationship to them than I really did. However, |
| 1:34.8 | I am happy to report that I did hear from them and we did come to some terms. It's funny, |

| 1:47.3 | is kind of in the power position, which they were, and the other person is asking that person |
