Myself, I must admit, I am a little bit under the weather.

It started to come on last night right before I went to sleep,

and I woke up with it this morning.

It's not terrible, but let's just say my immune system is working overdrive in this moment.

First things first, last week I mentioned that there was an update with the landlords and my yoga

center lease, but I didn't give you any of the details. So let me fill you in for anyone who's

not been following along in July of 2024. I took a commercial lease, decided to open a yoga center in my neighborhood.

And after about a year and a half now, I've decided that I do need to let go of that space.

And I had some concerns because I was asking the landlords to let me out of the lease early

and I really wasn't sure how they were going to

respond. I thought that I had a more personal relationship to them than I really did. However,

I am happy to report that I did hear from them and we did come to some terms. It's funny,

you know, I've observed this, that sometimes in business when one person

is kind of in the power position, which they were, and the other person is asking that person
