And today our guest is Jillian Lauren, author of Some Girls, My Life in Herum, and also her new book Behold The Monster, which is about her time getting to know a serial killer.

But she's gonna tell us about her experience joining the Prince of Brunei's Herum when she was younger.

And in part one today she'll tell us about how she was first approached and then what it was like showing up to the lavish, heavily guarded grounds and living in the lap of luxury, as well as the similarities of the experience to the bachelor or, you know, like hunger games.
