But first, close your eyes and take the deepest breath you have taken all day. Stretch your arms above your head, feeling the lengthening through your body,

and breathe deeply, and as you exhale, release any tension there. Now stretch your legs out, pointing your toes, feeling the

calm stretch through your body. And now let yourself settle, sinking into the bed, feeling completely supported.

With each breath, sink deeper into peace, letting go of everything.

Last time, Jill had decided that being a travelling maid would be a job most suited to her skill set,

but worried that she lacked the training in hairdressing that a lady might require.

She therefore determined to find a master

to teach her as soon as she arrived in London.

She came out of the bustling station

and located a large hotel nearby.

She asked for their cheapest room and was surprised at just how poor it was inside.

The next morning, rather than dining on the hotel's expensive and pitiful breakfast offering,

she went to an Italian-run cafe close by. On speaking with the proprietor in his own

tongue, he also gave her the details of a coiffure who's sure would give lessons. The hairdresser lived
