Now tomorrow November 22nd is the 60th anniversary of the assassination of John F. Kennedy. So we figured the honestly I think we've done in the history of this show. It is about, as you will hear, a moment when

0:57.7	This day, December 15, 1960, 73 year old retired postal worker Richard Paul Pavlic is arrested for a plot to assassinate
1:08.0	President-elect John F. Kennedy had just been elected in that year's election.
1:13.0	On December 11th in Palm Beach, Pavlik lined his car with dynamite
1:18.0	and parked outside of Kennedy's compound waiting for him to leave for Sunday mass. His plot was to ram his car into JFK's
1:25.8	limo as the president to be left his home, killing everyone inside. The plan
1:30.8	did not pan out as we know and as we'll discuss in a minute but this was of
1:35.4	course just under three years before Kennedy would be assassinated in
1:39.4	Dallas so let's talk about the would- be assassination of JFK and lots more about this transition era going into the 60s.
