My name is Jody Avergan.

And it is Thanksgiving Day everyone. We hope you are gathering with family or friends or sitting

on the couch in the dark by yourself, binging TV shows, whatever it is that brings you comfort and

warmth. We hope you're doing that and we trust

that there is food and so that is what we're going to talk about on this

Thanksgiving special show. We were chatting about what we wanted to do and decided

that we would host a potluck of sorts, just a three-person

potluck, a small affair, but me, Nicky, Kelly, each bringing some items to the party a collection

of some of our favorite food and drink related historical

stories. So let's get into it. Let's light the candles. What do you do during a

public put out the tablecloth for some drinks.
