time of the show, let's jump into your background, where are you from, and then how did you

initially get into real estate? Sounds good. I am from San Antonio and been buying and flipping

here and doing my investing here predominantly. I got into real estate. The short version is got out

of college when worked for a buddy of mine who didn't go to college. Same birthday as me, same everything. The guy already had a mortgage company. He had houses. He had assets. He had toys. He had all kinds of stuff. I was like, okay, what the hell was I doing in the last four years? So anyway, that got me into real estate. He gave me rich at board ad, read that, and then started looking at buying some things.
