1:13.0	I'm doing great. How are you?
1:15.0	Very well. Max, if you would, can you share a little bit more about your background and what you're focused on now?
1:21.0	Sure. I grew up in LA, born and raised. I got into real estate
1:26.0	Stranetta College. I was a broker at Marcus and Millichap. I was brokering
1:31.0	multifamily in the San Fernando Valley, so naturally my partner and I started buying
1:35.5	multi-family in the San Fernando Valley.
1:38.3	Started buying end of 05, kept buying into 06.
1:42.2	Had a good little start there,
1:43.6	and then went and left and opened up our own shops.
