Very well. Max, if you would, can you share a little bit more about your background and what you're focused on now?

Sure. I grew up in LA, born and raised. I got into real estate

Stranetta College. I was a broker at Marcus and Millichap. I was brokering

multifamily in the San Fernando Valley, so naturally my partner and I started buying

multi-family in the San Fernando Valley.

Started buying end of 05, kept buying into 06.

Had a good little start there,

and then went and left and opened up our own shops.
