Shane, it's first time on the show. Thank you so much and how are you today?

Hey Joe, great to be here and I'm doing great. Excited to be on the show.

So as I mentioned, first time on the show, So let's dig into your background a little bit. Where are you from? How did you initially get into real estate?

My background I like to call it the classic self-made man story. I sort of bought a real estate course back in the late 90s, so I'm dating myself a bit there, but been doing this over 25 years and really got into wholesaling contracts and then got into flipping houses.

I found I had a great passion for the construction field actually,

and the whole cycle of development and transforming properties.
