So as I mentioned, first time on the show, So let's dig into your background a little bit. Where are you from? How did you initially get into real estate?

My background I like to call it the classic self-made man story. I sort of bought a real estate course back in the late 90s, so I'm dating myself a bit there, but been doing this over 25 years and really got into wholesaling contracts and then got into flipping houses.

I found I had a great passion for the construction field actually,
