1:11.0	So tell me about your pre-real estate. into your
1:13.7	pre real estate journey, where are you from? What did you do and then how did you get into real estate?
1:19.5	Oh perfect. I go back to a little bit before business school, so pre-2013, I was an educator, spent a lot of time in middle school education and nonprofit organizations.
1:31.0	And I knew I wanted to start a family and in California on a teacher salary that was tough
1:36.1	So me and my wife decided why don't we reinvest in you and then so my wife supported me through business school
1:42.3	2013 to 2015.
