joined by Thomas Stanchek. Thomas is joining us from St. Petersburg, Florida. He is the

managing director for sustainability of St Stonewag U.S. LLC.

Stonewag is focused on U.S. multifamily investment management.

Their current portfolio is roughly 2 billion in assets under management, which is greater

than 12,000 units.

Thomas, can you tell us a little bit more about yourself, tell us a little more about

stone wegg, and then tell us what you're currently focused on.

Sure, so Slocum, thank you very much for having me here. I guess start with myself.

What I can say is that I've spent pretty much my entire life in real estate in one shape or form so I've been employed in office I've worked in parking I've worked in facilities management so a number of verticals and most recently and for the last 10 years I was focused on multi-family.

So I like to tell people that I was born into this because my dad immigrated from Europe after

World War II and after working hard, he invested in multifamily among other private businesses and I learned how to read and write at the kitchen

table with leases and ledgers.
