David Coe began his real estate career fixing and flipping houses with his wife, leaving his corporate job behind so that he could spend more time with his family. After managing his way through the Great Recession, he doubled down by getting more involved in the real estate investing community, eventually getting involved in syndications as both a passive investor and general partner. Today, David is a developer at Capital Stack Investments, runs a residential real estate team, and works as an active realtor.
