So it's not going to be a diverse type of assets.

They might just invest in Class B value ad multifamily,

for example. It's not going to be multifamily and

self storage and medical and a bunch of other things. And then once the fund is

fully invested then the returns are based on the full net asset value of the assets within the fund.
