0:54.9	background and what you're focused on? Certainly. My background actually, I've been in commercial
0:59.6	real estate for 25 years, but really got my start as a commercial real estate appraiser.
1:04.3	So kind of a great segue into real estate, real estate investing, real estate development,
1:09.1	because I've gotten to see a lot of things
1:10.9	and meet a lot of people with that foundation. I actually started my career in commercial real
1:15.9	estate up here in the mountain resort markets of Summit in Eagle County. It's where Breckenridge is,
1:20.5	Vale, Keystone, all the big Colorado resorts are really right here in my backyard.
1:25.4	Started appraising projects up here, ground up condo developments.
