0:21.4	Josh, can you tell us a little bit more about your background and what you're currently focused on?
0:25.8	Sure. So as you'll quickly be able to identify for my accent, I'm not a Cincinnati native.
0:29.9	I was born originally in England, but I've spent formative years here in Cincinnati.
0:34.1	I was here for high school, grew up and then went to university in Scotland and
0:39.4	came back over here in 2013, started in banking and now runs, as you mentioned, a multifamily
0:44.9	asset manager that focuses on value ad and core plus real estate in the Midwest.
0:50.4	My focus is very much just on that space and growing our team at
0:55.5	SimCAP Holdings and the investor base that supports us.
0:59.4	I've interviewed your partner, Ross Metz, on the show, and I met him through Bigger
1:04.9	Pockets here locally in Cincinnati.
1:06.9	How much of your portfolio is in the Cincinnati market, Josh?
1:11.0	100% of SimCAP Holdings portfolio is in the Cincinnati market, Josh? 100% of SimCAP Holdings portfolio is in the Cincinnati market.
1:15.3	I have some personal real estate that I own outside of it.
1:18.7	But all of our focus is here for the time being.
1:21.5	We do look at other markets.
1:23.3	And this week, we're driving up to Columbus to look at three different assets.
1:28.2	But that will be our first one outside of Cincinnati. So many of the Cincinnati-based value-ab multi-family
1:34.8	investors I know who have a portfolio in Cincinnati are going up 71, I-71, and looking at deals
1:42.1	in Columbus right now. Why? Why are you looking at deals in Columbus right now. Why?
