Hey, Trip, before we jump in, can you give the best ever listeners a bit about your background and what you focus on now?

Yeah, of course. So I have an undergraduate degree in economics from William and Mary. I have a graduate

degree from the University of Florida with a concentration in real estate.

That's a master's in science in real estate.

I've worked on every single side, I would say, of a real estate transaction table.

I've been on the owner's side.

I've been on the seller's side.

I've been on the lenders side and I've been on the broker's side.

So I really kind of feel like I have a great knowledge of how

everyone is thinking when they're sitting at the table. And now I've kind of created these two

programs to really help train people that are just new to the market or all-time experts.
