0:39.0	Hey, Trip, before we jump in, can you give the best ever listeners a bit about your background and what you focus on now?
0:45.4	Yeah, of course. So I have an undergraduate degree in economics from William and Mary. I have a graduate
0:51.7	degree from the University of Florida with a concentration in real estate.
0:55.0	That's a master's in science in real estate.
0:57.0	I've worked on every single side, I would say, of a real estate transaction table.
1:02.0	I've been on the owner's side.
1:04.0	I've been on the seller's side.
1:05.0	I've been on the lenders side and I've been on the broker's side.
1:08.0	So I really kind of feel like I have a great knowledge of how
1:12.1	everyone is thinking when they're sitting at the table. And now I've kind of created these two
1:16.7	programs to really help train people that are just new to the market or all-time experts.
1:24.0	Trinity Capital is a brokerage firm, mainly for debt and equity raising.
1:28.4	And then the Coast to Coast Academy is kind of helping those people that are trying to learn and get into the industry.
