Justin Fields no longer with the New York Jets.

Darren Mugi, of course, and Aaron Glenn getting that one horribly wrong,

but hopefully that they don't run it back with a horribly wrong decision,

a quarterback with Gino Smith.

And I know it's tough to, these are two relatively,

one is a new regime with the Giants, obviously,

but this is the second year of

Moji and Glenn, and there's a lot of things that I like what both teams are doing, and I don't

feel like it's me getting lulled into that full sense of security with these organizations.

I actually think that all of these moves have been beneficial ones from both general managers up until or head coaches

up until this point. Darren Moji has set themselves up in a great spot. The hardest thing is to come,

though, which is picking the right players. But with the one-year deals, with the accumulation of

draft picks, with the cap space that they have,

I mean, and I know that they're going to try to win this year and they're trying to get to six or seven wins.

But their future and what they have is, Darren Moody did a great job turning this thing around.

I think in the last week they picked up three more draft picks, two compensatory picks and then another one for Justin Fields. Right. And I mean turning it around is turning around the situation where you got more picks, you got more cap space, you're tearing it down, and now you're ready to build it back up. You know, you just, you kind of poured the foundation. If you're looking for more horrible analogies, but you sort of pour in the foundation and hoping that, you know, the next couple of moves, you start building upward again.

But, I mean, this could be another horrendous year.

It's either going to be a team that wins, you know, maybe seven games and this regime comes back or a team that bottoms out again,

you know, two or three wins, and then everybody gets wiped out and then they start over with

what would be a, you know, at that point it might be an attractive job because of all the

picks and who knows who they select this year. And by the way, you know, like I was saying

yesterday to Jerry that Pete Carroll came out and said,
