Foreign Relations Committee has fallen back into chaos. Let's get into it. It is the last day

for the United States Congress, the institution that showers itself in glory every single day.

It is the last day before the election.

It is September 25th.

The election is November 5th.

We're 41 days from that election.

And Congress is going to wrap up its business, the government funding bill, and head home to campaign for the November election. Now, the House is

going to take up the three-month continuing resolution today. Remember that CR goes through December 20th.

It includes nothing of substance besides keeping the government open. The vote will be held under

suspension, which means two-thirds majority is needed to pass.

It's going to happen this evening.

Will Republicans get a majority of the majority?

Probably not.
