This is the good news of the gospel.

God made us, showed us how to live, but we chose our own way.

Our sins separated us from God.

But God had a compassionate plan. The Father sent his son Jesus to

restore all that was broken. We couldn't comprehend Jesus. Or his supposed kingdom.

His message was radical and offensive.

So we killed him.

But a greater story was being told.

The father placed the wrongdoings of the entire world

past, present and future on Jesus making a way back to himself. Now through Christ's death, burial, and resurrection, we are raised to new life, free from all guilt and condemnation.

As God is making all things new.

His spirit now lives in those who believe

to take his good news to all people,

even to the ends of the earth.

This is the gospel. Good morning church. My name is Drew Didamore. My wife and I have been part of the village for 14 years and for the past three years I've been a table leader in our core classes. This morning I'm going to be reading

from Romans chapter 5 versus 6 through 11. For while we are still weak at the right time Christ died for the ungodly for one will scarcely die

for a righteous person though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die but

God shows his love for us and that while we were still sinners Christ died for us.

Since therefore we have now been justified by his blood,
