Today we're going to finish the healing promises of God in the Old Testament.

What we've gone through so far, if you're not taking notes,

I would really encourage you to take notes in this teaching

because if you're

not sick, the Lord longs to use his people to bring healing to the sick. If you are sick, the Lord loves

to heal his people. So all of us need to know this. The reason I'm starting in the Old

Testament is because we often fail to realize that the Lord Jesus

was healing the sick since the book of Genesis. And it's important we look at all of it

because the scripture says the entirety of your word is truth, Lord. The entirety of your word is truth Lord the entirety of your word is truth and that is

Psalm 119 we've gone so this is what we've touched on so far in the Old Testament

Sarah and Abraham or Sarah and Abram the Lord healed Sarai of barrenness. We know that, right? That's in Genesis 17. In Genesis 20,

we read of Abraham praying for Abimelech in Abimelech's household being healed and being able to

have children.

As a side note, not a minimal side note, but as a side note, we've seen many people that we've prayed for who have been unable to have children, have children.

My cousin Theo tried for years to have children and could not, and people started praying and fasting for him.

And now he's got him, and he keeps having him, and he's almost 200 years old.

He's like Methuselah.

In Exodus 12, we read up the Passover and the healing and communion.

And once I'm done with this Old Testament teaching, I'm going to teach on healing in the sacraments,

which I've already prepared for. I already have the notes.
