Hamons. We're two ministers, slash buds who love telling the stories of the Bible, and we cannot wait to share another one with you. Matt Mullins, Todd Hamons, two Texans, you're back. You know, Matt, I'm so excited to be back in Texas serving at a new church now. Actually, the Lord called us to a new church. We're very pumped about it. And absolutely we feel confident that God's called us here.

But yet at the same time, was it that or was it that I wanted to get a little bit closer to my Matt? Hey, I don't blame you. Let me ask you two hours away from one another.

1:08.3

We are legitimately a car drive away now. Yeah. And there is a gas station right smack dab in the middle. Matt and I've already mapped this out. This is again, y'all are, they're so silly. Nope. Now it is abandoned and there are many squatters. That's right. So there might be a little bit of a challenge finding a knife, nice quiet space to just chat, but you don't mind that then work going to the races.

1:39.2

We are going to the races as the kids are saying. Now you have come back to Texas in a heat wave. How's that been?

1:48.3

I've come back to Texas. It kind of broke up. What'd you say? We're in a heat wave. Okay. You know, Florida gets hot. No doubt. We pulled in. There was 103 degrees. It was hot.

2:01.7

So and it hasn't rained yet. And sweet, Floridian Todd brought two potted plants with little bit of orange trees in them.

2:13.5

And every night, I'm just out there praying for rain, but also watering my little orange trees, just trying to keep those babies alive.

2:20.5

They feel that you might not see it now. They might even wander a little bit, but they'll come back to the to your ways. They will.

2:27.7

Lord will and they've heard that true man. That's right.

2:31.7

It is extremely hot. Florida that Florida heat finds your bones. It certainly does. When we moved into our house.

2:41.1

I had a dog that was like 100 pounds. You remember Kip. Yeah, 100 pound Kip, 100 degrees outside.

2:48.6

We couldn't we had to carry Kip. So like he was sitting in the back of a truck.

2:53.7

He fell and like couldn't support his own weight. So he just laid his bare belly on the concrete.

2:59.7

And I couldn't physically pick him up. So he was like burning his stomach. It was terrible.

3:05.6

That's that's very yeah. Yeah. Poor guy.

3:10.1

So we decided never to have a dog. We couldn't pick up again.

3:14.1

Okay. That was the decision out of that. That's the one required.

3:17.8

3:23.7
