Hey, what's up? Me and Luke here hanging out upstairs and just thinking about how Jesus's

biggest enemies on earth were religious people, churchy people, not prostitutes, not thieves,

not drunkards, not some of the most despicable people in his society. It was those

who were held at really high esteem. And I found this little small Bible. I call it a dagger

instead of a sword, you know, a little Bible pun. But, oh, I opened up to

Psalms 37, verse 14. And it says, the wicked draw their sword and bend their bows to bring down

the poor and the needy to slay those whose way is upright. So this is talking about wicked evil people,

and I've been watching Lord of the Rings.

I think I watched all three movies in like two days.

And super good, a lot of sword fighting,

a lot of really wicked people or creatures called orcs.

And they are constantly like, you know, coming after the good guys.

And I think Luke wants to be a podcaster.

He's like talking a lot right now.

And, but what happens is they lose, you know, the same bows and the same swords, they try to kill the innocent people, the innocent men, innocent women and children.

They get killed, you know, by swords and by bows.

And when you think about Jesus in the New Testament interacting with wicked people, Sometimes we think he's talking about the prostitutes.

He's talking about the tax collectors.

He's talking about these like low grade fishermen or whatever.

But the Old Testament, when it's talking about the wicked,

it's talking partly about the enemies of Jesus, those who crucified Jesus.

It was the Pharisees.
