I'm talking to travel writer and photographer and repeat guests on this podcast, Jessica Nabongo.

In 2019, she celebrated becoming the first black woman

to travel to all 195 countries in the world.

Since then, she's been on the show talking about her trip

to Antarctica, and this year, she has given talks

across North America and been to, unsurprisingly,

So, 195 recipes. It's a massive undertaking. And I just think when we started, I could not have imagined how much work it would be because initially it was just going to be my 50 favorite recipes.
