dot com podcast now in this episode I interviewed Jessica Eppley

some you may know her from her good work over at littlest lady.com where she

details her mental health journey and shows that there is life after abuse.

And I wanted to get her on to share the work she's been doing.

I think it's really good and abuse isn't the same area I've touched greatly on

in this podcast so I think it was good to get her on for that for that reason so in

it we talk about her OCD story we talk about the abuse, we talk about therapy, so you know

working through those two things, talk about her biggest epiphany within her

recovery journey, we talk about her work on Littless lady.com and what you will

find if you visit there. She shares words of hope for those who have experienced abuse and

then sort of general words around ICD and the usual questions

you guys are familiar with.
