him on and although Russ is a therapist he's not particularly an OCD therapist but I wanted to get him on because many of you

have said to me over the years how that book particularly the happiness trap has really

helped you, has given you new insight

into kind of what goes on in your mind and ways of dealing with it.

And also accepts current therapy is an area that I have research interest in, but it's worth

disclaiming that ERP is still the gold standard for treating a CD and the one I absolutely recommend

E. R.P. is part of cognitive behavioral therapy and it's been by far clinically

proven to be the most effective thing.

More and more therapists will you bring in ACP principles anyway

to do alongside ARP and I do think they compliment each other.
