best selling author.

Essentially, he's a man of many titles, but one title I know he's proud to have is father.

While he may have shared more than a little about his life in his book, I'm thrilled to

have him join me today to talk about himself, his show and his experiences and also what

he loves most about being a dad and how he approaches that.

He also talks about the most important quality he learned as he came up through the ranks

and started primetime.
