Hello and welcome back to another episode of Everything Will Be Okay.

This week I'm very excited. I'm joined by my dear friend and the co-founder of the Nielsen

Swater Integrated Marketing Communications Team, who also happens to be a phenomenal mother and a beauty guru.

More on Nielsen and I started our relationship through mentoring, really, and at a networking event.

And she wanted to get to know me. I was completely charmed by her and she had read

and the good news is and we have been really good friends ever since.

Mora is often sought after for mentorship. She has incredible expertise. She's very generous

with her time and one of the things that she has taught me is that you can continually evolve

and also stay true to yourself. And I think she's absolutely amazing. So here's Mora.

Okay, Mora, you're one of my favorite people so this will be like a catch up with an old friend.

Tell everybody a little bit about who you are, where you grew up, and where you're living now.

Yeah. So I grew up in the Midwest. Most of my life, I like you.

Totally Midwestern and then found herself transplanted here to the East Coast.

University of Kansas, J. Hawk graduate, as a journal is a major. And my ambition in life was to move to

New York. That's really all I ever wanted. Really? I didn't know that. Yes, yes. That was,

when I was 11 years old, I remember we were traveling to Manhattan and I was so,

my parents described it as I pouted and made such a fuss because I was so upset that we were

tourist and that we, I was not a local. And so, and I practically ruined that trip for everyone

as any 11 year old girl, ultimately does. And so I found myself in as a graduate of the

journalism school in communications and really built a career within PR first on the agency side

at major, you know, sort of global public relations agencies. And then ended up kind of doing what
