So tell us, Jerry. I mean, you've had so many years of biohacking, training clients, and we're

going to talk about all of that. But how did you even get into it? What interested you in health

and fitness? Having grown up playing a ton of sports, I was always a pretty active guy and loved to

do what I could to train to make myself better away from games and away from practice and stuff

like that. So I was always kind of self-motivated. Plus, girls always seem to be way more

interested in a guy who is in better shape.

And so that, you know, is his own, its own young man motivation.

But then it was after high school, I had to take a year off before I went to college

so that I could save money and help to be able to pay for school.

And I was working at a gym and I was looking at trainers working around the

gym who weren't doing anything especially remarkable. In some cases, kind of antagonistic to their

clients. And they were getting paid five, six times as much as I was. And I was thinking,

I was like, wow, that's just like, I feel like I could jump in right now and help that person more than that trainer hand.
