So I thought fun just to kind of go around the league, just a little bit, if we can with you, Willie Cologne. So let's take it from, since you played for the Jets, let's start with the AFC East. Before we get to these other teams, give me the upside as we're a week away from the Jets. What is the upside for the Jets this season? Well, I think a couple of things. I think one, so I went to the

Jets luncheon yesterday, and I

think if you've, and I had

multiple conversations with multiple people,

and I think that there's a

flat optimism

if that's such a thing.

I think people are excited

that Aaron Glenn is the head coach.

He spoke a little bit, and he was very stern and deliberate about what he wants his team to be. And, you know, he mentioned that he want the product on the field to be a reflection of how he coaches and what the city represents. And he wants the fans to be proud of it, which is great. He played here, knows the city, knows the market. but I think if you talked to some of the other people who were sitting in the East, it was like, we've kind of been here. Like, you know, it was so funny when Aaron and Rogers got to the Jets, Woody had did that same luncheon with an all-white outfit. He had a white hat, white shirt, white pants, Air Force. Wear that stupid hat too. And a platinum chain. Okay. And everybody was like, oh, swag, right? Aaron leaves. Woody stood up as like, I got a bunch of thank yous. Thank you. And, well, like, he was just like, I think everybody's kind of exasperated right now. But I think there's a, there's hopeful optimism that this team can really do something. I think Justin Fields, like I said, I think he comes with a set of instructions.

I would not have him throw the ball more than 25 times a game.

The foundation of this team is the offensive line and the running back.

The defense will be better.

I like Harrison Phillips.

They just got him from Minnesota.

But I think like everybody else, I think we agreed to, we just got to wait and see with this team. I think we all agree. The bills are winning the division. I don't think there's any need to discuss that, right? Yeah, they're strong. Are the Jets better than the Patriots and our Dolphins? Do you think? I think they are, especially defensively. I think sauce is going to have a big year. I think the secondary, I think you talk about with Jane Sherworth, they're starting lineback. He's the captain of the team. They just paid him. I think he's going to have a big time year. So we'll see. I think the caveat is Jermaine Johnson. He's coming off an injury right now. What does he look like? And can he be an impact player alongside Will McDonald's?

So I think they have enough pieces in place. You've got to go win, man. All right. So that's the AFCs. Here's my question on the AFC North. We know what the Bengals are and what they've been. We, of course, know about the Ravens. They're the favorite in that division. Can the Steelers compete? can they compete? I have the winning

division. You have the Steelers do you really?

Yeah, I think if you, you talk about, so I talked about this briefly a couple weeks ago, you know, you talk about getting off the bus as far as passing the look test? This defense for them. I mean, with Haywood and Benton and now they have, I'm a T.J. while it's been there, but Highsmith, and they have a great lineback of court with Peyton Wilson. I mean, they have some, and Jalen Ramsey, I know a lot of people have been hot and cold on him. He was impressive. Like, he looks great. And then I went, you're going to see him at the corner position and the safety position. They're going to move him a lot. they're going to move him around. But offensively, and I said this, Aaron looked really healthy.

He looked great.

Obviously,

we didn't get to see him in the preseason because he didn't play. But in practice, the most of the time I've seen him, he looked great. He looked healthy. So I think we're going to get the best version, best 40-old, best 40-old version of Aaron Rogers than we've ever seen. You imagine Jet fans. If they've got to sit there and if you're right and the Jet fans got to watch Aaron Rogers go have a big season in Pittsburgh and they win the division over Burrow and Lamar Jackson and the Bengals and Ravens? I mean, they have pieces, man. You're talking about Fair Move, John Roo Smith, D.K. on the outside. I mean, they have a lot going on for themselves. It's just a matter of chemistry. You know, how can they get in sync? Offense always takes longer than defense. But overall, I thought they look good. And Mike Tom is fired up. I think everybody in Pittsburgh's fired up. Well, and let me ask you this real quick on that. How much, because, I mean, from afar, I think we sit there and we're, we appreciate Mike Tomlin as a Hall of Fame head coach.
