So asked the first question during the Micah Parsons Trade Press Conference last night.

He spoke for 11 minutes and five seconds.

It was 11 minutes?

Without interruption.

So, and this was the very start of it.

Well, without being too broad, obviously, we did think it was in the best interest of our organization, not only

the future, but right now.

Well, he was very broad because he just kept talking and talking and talking some more.

I did make Mike an offer.

It wasn't acceptable.

And I honored the fact that it wasn't done in the way that he wanted to do it through an agent. But they never got to that point, which is the normal process

for most players with the page. The same act. The one thing I'm confused about is Stephen,

three weeks ago, four weeks ago.

I thought you were going to say 30 minutes into the press conference when he finally got to say something?

No. When they were in Oxnard, this was a big topic again with the agent. And Stephen interrupted and said, guys, we've been doing this. This is the way we always do it. I talk to the agent. Jerry always talks to the player.

Okay. And yet he didn't say anything last night. Not that I remember anyway. I didn't see all 45

minutes, but a lot's come up about this agent and Jerry keeps referencing the agent. I'd like to hear

more about what was Stevens' conversation with the agent like. So it's usually agent first

than Jerry and player? Jerry does whatever he wants to do

but supposedly this these were stephen's words from oxnard and training camp jerry deals with the player

i deal with the i'm the one that handles the agent but it hasn't sounded like he did right right in a while
