Hey friend, this is Mary Demuth and this is Pray Every Day, where I pray you through the Bible verse by verse.

So grateful to have you here and humbled and just, I just want to give you a big hug for valuing the Word of God, even hard parts.

And also loving prayer and understanding your need for it.

I definitely understand my own need for it as well.

I want to pray for someone that is loving someone with dementia. So Lord Jesus, I pray for my friend

who has a family member or a friend that is walking a long road of dementia, perhaps Alzheimer's,

and I pray you give them supernatural insight

into what you're actually doing through that person, how much you love that person,

help them to see the image of God in them, and help them, especially for caregivers,

help them to experience your long-suffering love on behalf of the person.

Just be near and please supply some strength and a break.

We're going to finish up Jeremiah 30 versus 15 through 24 in the World English Bible, and this is what it says.

Why do you cry over your injury? Your pain is incurable. For the greatness of your iniquity because of your sins, because your sins have increased.

I have done these things to you. Therefore, all those who devour you will be devoured. All your

adversaries, every one of them, will go into captivity. Those who plunder you will be plundered.

I will make all who pray on you become prey, for I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, because they have called you an outcast saying it is Zion whom no man seeks after.

The city will be built on its own hill, and the palace will be inhabited in its own place.
