Hey there, this is Mary Demuth, and this is Pray Every Day, where I pray you through the Bible verse by

versus Thanksgiving Eve in the U.S. I hope you are being thankful and experiencing gratitude and all those

things. Today's awesome email comes from Leslie. She says, I listen to your podcast, pray every day on

Sirius XM from my phone. I look forward to each new day. I feel

like you're one of my lifelong friends and you're reading it to me as if we're sitting

across from each other and I'm the only friend there. It's okay that I'm not, LOL. To me,

it's a gift from precious Jesus that you can read difficult chapters scripture that I

probably would read but not absorb. I love how God speaks

to you through the scriptures when you pray. You're being real. I can't say that I can give you

any profound information about what decision you should make regarding your ministry. However, I also

believe that God uses people in the words they share and how your ministry affects them to

plant in your heart the right decision for you.

I personally and maybe a bit selfishly would say, oh, don't stop.

However, I also realize having lived for Jesus for 52 years, he is the master of your destiny. Each day we can wake up and say, Lord, this is your day.

You already know what's in store for me.

And I know you will walk with me

through this day no matter what comes my way or any decisions we need to make. I support precious

students with special needs for the Peel District School, and I had a bad fall on October 10th. I missed

a step getting my students off the bus. I landed on my left side, hitting my ribs on the curb. I'm beyond thankful. I didn't break anything, and I'm off for a few weeks to heal. Every day gets better. I tell you this to say, because I'm off, which gives me more time, I would never be able to email you due to my busy schedule. I just don't have the time. But now is a time to be still and heal and listen.

I believe God uses every situation and something good always comes out of hard or negative situations.

I just bless your heart for what you do and I'm believing that God will just speak to into your heart.
