Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and your background?

So, I mean, I guess the biggest part of my story is that I'm a real late bloomer in the beauty industry.

I didn't start until I was 40. And I started with zero experience in beauty.

I was a stay-at-home mom and had been for 10 years.

I had had a career in marketing before that and then I decided to stay home with my kids.
