You don't realize until you write a book, how many people are going to see it and go, I don't like this, I don't realize until you write a book how many people are going to see it and go,

And if you have a personality where you already sort of hate yourself, everything, if they're like,

I'm not so sure, you got a lot of run on sentences, then you're like, I'll never write again.

I've never admitted this in public.

When I was 25, my second child was diagnosed prenatally with Down syndrome.

I admitted that.

I wrote a book about it.

But I was keeping these voluminous journals because I couldn't cope.

I was so beyond sad and in pain and everything.

So I wrote like 19 journals filled with tiny script.

And at a certain point, a little part of me.

And I only remember, like I only admitted this in hindsight.

It went, this could be really funny.
