Today on the show, I'm chatting with the actor, podcaster, writer, and designer, Jenny Garth.

You probably know her from her scene-stealing run as Kelly Taylor on Beverly Hills

90210. Jenny was cast on the show when she was just 18 and what followed was a decade of

superstardom and life in the public eye. People came to know her to even think of her as her TV

character, which I can imagine would be tough.

How do you evolve your career while still paying tribute to the show that gave you your shot?

Turns out Jenny knew how just to strike that balance.

At first, she pushed herself out of her comfort zone and tried new things.

She co-starred in the Multicam comedy, What I Like About You,

appeared on Dancing with the Stars,

wrote a memoir and ventured into the world of reality TV.

She also went back to her role as Kelly in the CW reboot,

90210,

much to the delight of her fans. And in 2020, started a Beverly

Hill's 90210 recap podcast with her co-star and friend Tori Spelling. And now she's uniting

both of these interests with her I Choose Me movement, which is based off of one of Kelly Taylor's

most iconic lines, if you know, you know. Jenny started the I Choose Me podcast, launched

the Me by Jenny Garth clothing line, and hosted the first I Choose Me summit, all gear towards

empowering and advocating for women. Jenny is such a lovely person,
