Today on the show, I'm speaking with culinary creator and recipe developer Jen Muki.

Jen always loved cooking, and while studying finance and entrepreneurship in college, she began posting to an Instagram account called Jen Eats Good as a hobby.

After graduating, she went on to pursue a career in finance at the Silicon Valley Bank, where she learned crucial skills in business administration.

But when the pandemic hit in 2020,

she started putting more time into sharing her recipes online.

And finally, after years of consistent posting,

she went viral for her budget grocery series.

Her dual understanding of finance and food

established her as a resource for people who wanted to learn

how to cook healthier meals without stressing about costs. In 2023, Jen made the leap to become a full-time

content creator. Today, her Instagram boasts 1.6 million followers, and earlier this year,

she published her first ever cookbook,

Don't Think About Dinner, which quickly became a New York Times bestseller. I am so excited
