Lester in for Dorothy Wickenden. This week, the Supreme Court made a number of

unanimous decisions on cell phone searches, presidential recess appointments, and buffer zones

around abortion clinics. To talk about the decisions, I'm joined by Jeffrey Tubin and Amy Davidson.

So let's start with the unanimous 90 ruling on cell phone privacy. Amy, tell us a little bit about

this case and what was decided. Well, the Supreme Court was considering two cases together.

The facts were similar, but in the main lead one, Riley versus California, a man was

stopped, his car was stopped, they found out it had some traffic issues with it. They searched

the car, they found a couple of guns, and then they took his cell phone, and they also searched

that in the sense of looking through it,
