preventive sanctions. Biden, meanwhile, talking about the world not being in the situation of

facing the prospect of Armageddon since the Cuban missile crisis, also claiming that Putin is not

joking when he talks about the potential use of tactical nuclear

weapons or biological or chemical weapons. That's Biden saying that, although I haven't heard Putin

say any of that specifically. Meanwhile, Biden also said that the U.S. is trying to figure out an

off-ramp for Putin. My question to you is, what do you

make of this charge rhetoric right now? And do you think the U.S. is actually seriously interested

in seeking an off-ramp at this stage? Well, I take all of this very seriously because we have

a war between two nuclear superpowers. So this is a terrible situation. This is a war between two nuclear superpowers.
