We normally come out with Recode Media on Thursdays, but today is a special day. It is Quibi launch day. Since you listen to this podcast, you know that Quibi is Meg Whitman and Jeffrey

Katzenberg's $1.75 billion bet on the premise that you will pay money to watch short form video on your phone

and only on your phone. Anormous skepticism about this project, rightly so. I'm still very interested

to see how it does. So we talked to Jeffrey Katzenberg from his home. I think he's in Brettwood,

not sure. Took a lot of work to set this up.
