There are windows and there are walls in a practice.

So there are opportunities that emerge in a practice and then there's

and there's the right move, a right move you can do that will deepen that opportunity.

Similarly there are things that can there are walls you can hit in a practice and there are ways

in which you can there are things you can do that are more helpful and

less helpful when you hit those walls.

So it's sort of like, basically the best answer is meditation is like life.

You don't get a manual for how to live your life.

You know, there are certain rules you can think about,

certain guidelines are going to be helpful, but at different times different

things are going to you're going to need to apply. You're going to have to switch

up your strategy. So generally in a practice you can learn the basics of how to do a technique.

You can be intelligent about how you're practicing.

either by working with a teacher or figuring it out on your own or in community

of certain openings but even having said that there will be times when you may

need to switch up your practice and you may need to check in with a different

teacher or with a different try a new strategy and unfortunately there is no manual I can tell you exactly
