And it's not the morning for everyone.

It's actually 2 o'clock Eastern time, 11 o'clock Pacific.

And yeah, some people in the chat were noticing that I may have been a couple minutes late.

And maybe people were wondering where I was.

I had to do a daycare pickup.

And so, yeah, welcome from Kingston.

What's up, everyone?

And so, yeah, I got a call from my son's school.

And for those who don't know me, my son is 1 o'clock. And I'm sorry, my son's one years old, not 1 o'clock. And yeah, I got called. They were worried about a hive he had. So we picked him up. Everything's okay. They were just being cautious. So, yeah, I made it back in time. My wife's here now. And we're all good. So yeah, thanks everyone for joining. I know we were supposed to start at 11. I appreciate everyone's patience. And yeah. So I hope everyone enjoyed yesterday's show. I think the feedback I got was really, really good. And some people said I took too long to get to the point. So not a surprise. And yesterday was fun. It was fun to kind of hammer on the Rams, come up with some nicknames. Going through those games was just so much fun. I thought I'd be on for 45 minutes. I didn't know how we did.

We were on for 90 minutes. And I felt like I was having a great time. The feedback's been awesome, by the way. I appreciate it. Let Brian know how things went. I had a ton of fun. And so, yeah, I'm back today. And so today what we're going to talk about is a little bit different. It's an interesting transition from yesterday because yesterday we were kind of looking back.

Today we're going to look forward.

It's not going to be as much of a Seahawk focus.

It's going to be more of a Seahawk opponent.

It's more going to see how we measure the Seahawks up versus other teams.

And that's how we're going to look at it.

So what I like to do is just kind of how my brain works is the reason I fell in love with

the NFL is I get really into the offseason.

I love the off season it's what

puts the NFL ahead of the other sports to me the draft free agency although free agency for us

this year let's be real kind of sucked but the draft free agency I love the coaching staff stuff like

I couldn't name who half the NBA coaches are these days now I could tell you who every coordinator is and the ties on their coaching staff.
