Jeff the only thing more complicated than let's just say the American tax code is the

system of all-star game voting currently with Major League Baseball.

It's weird, there's multiple phases. Where do you stand on this particular process?

Clinton, here's where I stand.

We're almost at the All-Star game.

The Major League Baseball season is more than halfway over at this point,

and the number of things that we have seen in the first half, whether it is the

ascent of the Philadelphia Phillies, the return of the New York Yankees, or the

question marks about the Texas Rangers and the Arizona Diamondbacks who were in the World Series last year.

We're looking at giant purple taste buds changing seasons and we're looking at a giant California kid who spent

a year at LSU taking the game by storm. I don't care what all- voting looks like as long as the best players get there

and that hopefully in the midsummer classic is what we're going to have to compliment all

of those other wonderful

storylines in the first half of the Major League Baseball season.

Well that's the problem. People think that Philly is being, I don't know, a little

too Philly by Goose in the ballot box to make sure

the Bryce Harper gets the first ahead of Freddie Freeman.

Goose away, Philly. Do what you shall. This is a public vote and you are allowed to vote multiple times

without any sort of penalty or voter fraud or anything happening to you. So if you want to make

Los Angeles look like a second-rate baseball city, which it isn't by the way, but if you want to make

it look that way, then the all-star voting is the way to do it. I've seen it happen with Kansas City
