Chef Nice is about a 30 year member

of the Montgomery County SWAT team.

And when you talk about people with practical experience,

Jeff's probably been on about 3,000 to 4,000 raids.

Well, the SWAT unit, he was involved with a DC sniper

to take down the discovery building suicide bomber hostage rescue.

This is a guy that's been there. He's done that. He's seen it all. He's also a survivor of a couple of different diseases that were told to him that he was terminal about 8 to ten years ago.

So when you're talking about people that have the right attitude and, you know,

hard charges, this actually is a describes our guest to a tee. He just came up with a book

failure is not an option and he talks about his career in there and we're going to welcome him to the
