0:02.0	Activation Energy is something that I learned about a long time ago in a chemistry class,
0:07.0	and it just really jumped out to me.
0:09.0	You put, let's say, two molecules in a beaker of water,
0:12.0	and they don't react, nothing's really happening.
0:15.0	And then you add some heat to it and the molecules start moving around a little bit more.
0:19.0	They're not really bombarding and reacting.
0:22.0	Then you add more heat. Now they're really moving, add a little bit more heat, and now they interact, they bombard, they hit each other and then a reaction takes place. So the amount of heat that you add to the system is the activation energy, the amount of energy
0:34.7	that you've put into the system.
0:36.3	And that jumped out to me because I was like,
0:38.3	wow, this really applies to everything in my life,
0:41.4	all the things I want to do.
