so we're stoked to finally be publishing it. Jay works with an organization called A Call to Men.

A Call to Men was founded by Tony Porter.

Side note, you should check out Tony Porter's TED Talk from 2010. GQ Magazine named it one of the

top 10 TED Talks that every man should see. But back to Jay. He works as a trainer for a call to men.

A call to men is a violence prevention program that educates men all over the world on healthy,

respectful manhood. They claim that embracing and promoting a healthy, respectful manhood

prevents violence against

women, sexual assault and harassment, bullying, and many other social ills. With all that being said,
